KVKK Privacy Notice

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), NYKSORA (“NYKSORA”) informs you about processing of your personal data as data controller.

Personal data processed
Identity (name), contact (phone, email), professional info (company), customer transaction (form message, service preference) and security logs (IP, logs) may be processed.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to respond to contact requests, follow unfinished quote forms, run service processes, form or perform contracts, and on legitimate interest or explicit consent where required.
Transfers
Data may be transferred to hosting, email and analytics providers as needed for the service, in line with KVKK Art. 8 and 9.
Data-subject rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion, anonymization, learn third-party recipients and claim compensation for damage.
